Brand concept for a language school. Focused on the aspect language and diversity by using diacritics as additional design elements. The result is a simple recognizable wordmark. This is one of my voluntary design projects that I’m doing in my free time.

To ensure a wide range of diacritics representing the different languages that Evliya Çelebi offers, it was necessary to have a Typeface that has many characters and is flexible enough to meet the needs of a language school. Metro Nova was designed by William Dwiggins, Toshi Omagari, and published by Linotype in 2013. It contains 26 styles and family packages. The Pro fonts also offer an extended character set that supports most Central European and many Eastern European languages.

Colours

 Carnation #ef535f
